You need a Google OAuth2 Client ID to upload.
1. Go to
console.cloud.google.com
2. Create a project → enable
YouTube Data API v3
3. Credentials → OAuth 2.0 → Web application
4. Add this page's origin to Authorized JavaScript origins
5. Paste the Client ID below
